What a week-end!  The Chico State men's basketball team stayed in a tie for first with a dramatic, "come from behind" win at UC San Diego. Saturday night, they dominated San Bernadino behind 22 points from Jay Flores.  Friday night, Nick Crete was on fire to lead Las Plumas High to a win over Oroville High.  Crete hit 5 three pointers and finished with 32 points. Chico beat Pleasant Valley 71-53 in Butte County's other cross-town rivalry game.  The Butte College mens team ran their record to 4-0 by nipping Napa 4-3 and the Chico State baseball team completed a 4 game sweep of St. Martin's.  The Wildcats have a huge series at San Diego this week-end.  Mike Baca has the call for a Friday night game at 6, right here on Fox Sports. The teams will play a Saturday double-header, then a single game on Sunday.  The Chico State softball team went on the road and took 3 of 4 at UC San Diego.  The Triton are #1 in the nation, the Wildcats are #15.
